‘Tis the season! Every year around this time, all the sites I contribute to–CNBC, The Everygirl, Entrepreneur.com, etc.–ask me to write about the top tips for saving around the holiday season. While there are a lot of last-minute things you can do to save more money right now, most of what I teach my clients is to practice financial planning throughout the year, so holiday expenses don’t sneak up on you and leave you overspent and stressed by the new year.

In today’s video, I share some things I do in my own life to cut back on holiday expenses–and the tips I give my clients, as well. And I’d love to know how you save money during the holiday season, so after watching the video, email me your top tips so I can add them to the list for next year.
